College Rules

Regular admissions are declared open annually during the month of January/February for classes pre-Nursery for the session commencing in April every year. The applicant student should not be less than three years six months as in APRIL. Parents are required to procure the admission form along with the prospectus from the college office and submit it on or before the stipulated date as displayed on the college notice board. Forms complete in all respects will be accepted and interviews conducted, subsequent successful candidates will be accepted for admission. The decision of the college administration shall be binding in this respect.

Original birth certificates are to be produced at the time of admission, only those birth certificates issued by Nagar Nigam shall be accepted, or the tehsildar in case of rural births. In case of Christian children, original baptism certificate is to be furnished.

Admission to class XI is declared open annually after the board examinations. Existing students have to re-enrol themselves in class XI. Our college offers both science(PCM / PCB)and commerce streams of education for ISC students.

Based on vacancies we accept fresh admissions in class XI. For this the students have to furnish their school leaving certificate(T.C), their mark sheet of the board examinations and migration certificate if they are coming from any other state in India.

Since we have a very low transfer rate of students, admission to other classes are accepted only when there are vacancies in such classes. Admissions to these classes are conducted on a vacancy basis as displayed from time on the college notice board. Normally vacancies in other classes exist during transfer season and are accepted in May/June annually.

Student applying for admission to these classes have to produce their original transfer certificate or migration certificate in case of transfer from other states at the time of time admission. T.C. of inter State students must be counter signed by the respective inspector of schools of their parent state.
